Items must be in original condition
All original tags must be attached
Items must be unworn and unwashed
Initiation of Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support gulshan@zocco.co.in or log in to your account on our website and navigate to the “Returns” section.
Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Return Process
Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to package and ship the item(s) back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us.
The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
Inspection and Processing
Upon receiving your returned item(s), our quality control team will inspect the merchandise to ensure it meets our return policy criteria.
Once the items are deemed eligible for return, we will process the refund or exchange within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Refund Options
Refunds for returned items will only be issued as store credit, which can be used towards future purchases.

International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.

Final Sale Items
Items marked as “Last Sale” or “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are received in a defective or damaged condition.
